Job Title: Purchase Executive Role Definition: Responsible for sourcing materials by preparing requisitions, collecting quotations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to the site. Key Responsibilities Preparing Requisitions – Gather requirements and prepare purchase requisitions in the standard format. Quotation Collection – Collect and compare quotations from vendors based on required specifications. Managing Delivery of Materials – Ensure timely and correct delivery of materials to the site as per order. Vendor Finding & Coordination – Identify new vendors and maintain regular coordination with existing ones. Knowledge Required Construction-related materials Basic Excel and Gmail usage Skills Required Document & file management Report preparation Time management Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 Experience : Minimum 2+ years in respective field Education : Graduate or Diploma in Material Management Other Requirement : Should own a two-wheeler Location : Bhubaneswar Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Leave encashment Provident Fund Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
